Sheweth

That at Easter last your Peticoner was by the last.
years Overseers Nominated to be one of the
Overseers of the poor of the said Parish for this
present year.

That your Peticoner is a Phisitian Surgeon Licensed by
his Grace the Arch Bishopp of Canterbury As by
his Deploma Appeard where fore your Peticoner
humble, Conteives him Selfe aggrieved & appeald against
the said Nominacon

Your Petit there fore humbly prays
this Court will be pleased to appoint
a Day in this Session for the said
late Overseers & all partis concerned
to attend this Court to shew cause
why Your Peticoner should not be
Discharged from serving the said
Office & some other person Chosen
in his Roome.
