London to Search for the Same and by virtue of Such Warrant did
Search the Chambers of the said Michael Burrell< no role >
in the Temple
where this Dept. did Suspect the sd. Goods were and that the Same
had beene Stollen by the sd. Burrell And upon such search
this Dept. did find great part of the said Goods, Which this Dept.
had back again, but the Remainder of the sd Goods and the
sd. 5 Guineas this Dept. hath never yet got back again, but
believes the Same were likewise taken away by the said
Burrell and Some after the P. Goods were See found
P. Burrell was had before Mr. Justice Rich & committed to [..]
Marshalsea Prison
in Southwark
for the Sd felony, [..]
this Dept being mis advised & neglecting to prosecuter [..]
sd Burrell at ye you next affires for the sd. County of [..]
