To the Rt: Worsppll: his Matys Justices of the Peace for ye County of
Middx.

The humble peticon of William Wigley< no role > of
the Parish of St Leonard shoreditch
in the said County

Sheweth


That as of last Sessions of your Peticoner Exhibited his Petition
unto this Court Setting forth That he was a very poor man
and had lost his Eye sight and had two small Children to
mainteyne and could not longer Subsist without relief
from the said Parish your Worshipps were pleased to
referr his Case to Three of his Matys Justices of the Peace
resideing in or near the said Parish Who upon hearing
your Petitioner Ordered him a pencon of Twelve pence
p Weeke But your peticoner by reason of his Family
and Misfortunes cannot Subsist without a further
Allowance.

Yor Peticoner therefore humbly prays
such an Augmemtacon of his said
Pention As to this Court shall be
thought meete.

And Yor Petr Shall Ever pray Etc.
