ye libty of Westmr Surveyor of the Lamp lights maketh Oath
that Lawrence St Lee< no role > Esqr haveing taken a recognizance from
Oliver Carr< no role > of Pickadilly of the Same Parish Victualer to appear
att the Sessions of Peace in Midds as eleavens months since to
answer what should be objected against him for Stealing [..]
Lead this Depont att the request of the Said Carr, applied
to the sd Mr St Lee to have the sd recognizance within the Carr
see that the sd Carr might not be oblidged to year att Sewall
to answer the sd Offence and that the sd Mr St Lee agreed
not to return the sd recognizance to the Sessions of the
peace but to discharge the same for wch this Depont p [..] d
him the Sum of three Shillings & four pence
