Who Saith that on the 27th. of Decembr last past he this
Informr had feloniously Stolen from him out of a Closet [..] in the
house of his sd M [..] fifty five Shillings in Moneys numbred
two holland Shirts & one pair of worsted Stockings [..]
[..] and that he lockt the sd Closett door abt
noon of the same day & abt. five in the sd afternoon of
the same day found the sd. Closett door broke open & the
Goods above menconed gone and doth Suspect Charles
Biddle< no role > (now prsent) to have Stolen the same for that he
now hath one of the above menconed Shirts upon him

Stolen the Same

the parish of St Mary le bone in the sd County and found upon
him the sd Cha: Biddle one holland Shirt the Goods of the abovenamed
John Hills< no role > and the two rings abovemenconed the Goods of the Said
Susanne Piper< no role > which he owned he Stolen from the sd respective psons
