This Court being informed that the Constables Churchwardens & [..] Head boroughs of the Severall parishes & places within Divison
in this County have not attended his maties Justices of the peace inhabiting within the sd. Division wth.
an amt. of the names & Sirnames of [..] such persons within their respective parishes or places as
are papists or popish Resisants or reputed [..] to be [..] pursuant
to his Maties. Royall proclamacon bearing date the twenty fifth day of July last Intituled, A proclamacon
comanding all papists & reputed papists to depart from the Cities of London & Westmr and from within ten
miles from the same, and confirming them to their habitacous by means whereof severall papists, papish
Recusants or persons reputed see to be within the sd Division have not been proceeded against as the
sd proclamacon directs, Whereupon It is ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby
Recomended unto his Maties. Justices of the peace for this County inhabiting within [..]
Division aforesaid imediately to orderGentl high Constable of the said
Division forthwith to issue out his precepts to the severall petty Constables Churchwardens & [..] Head borough within the same
Division thereby requireing them & every of them to attend the sd Justices of the peace at such
times & places as they shall for that purpose appoint to answer for the sd default, And [..]

It is hereby [..] further recomended to the sd Justices of the peace to comand the sd [..] petty
Constables Churchwardens & [..] Headboroughs forthwith to goo from house to house in their severall parishes hambletts & Constableries respectively within the
said Division, and there take an accompt of the names & sirnames of all such persons as are
papists or popish Recusants or reputed see to be as well as Householders as Lodgers or servants,
and to carry a list of their names to two of his Maties Justices of the peace inhabiting within the said
Division who are required to send for & proceed according to the tenor & purport of the sd proclamacon against [..] all such of them as are not
Merchant Foreigners or other the persons therein [..] excepted,
