Sr

The Bearer Mr John Baker< no role > is my Friend
and being Bayl for one Richard Southern< no role > before the last Sessions
of the Peace the Recognizance is continued till this present
Sessions but the said Southern Survey himself from the said
Mr Baker his Bayl (altho dilligent search & Inquiry hals
& is made for him to appear) whereby he is likely to
become a Sufferer [..] by the said Southerns not
appearing I desire your favour to serve my Friend Mr Baker
in this affair and get the Recognizance [..] respitted till next
Sessions by which time its probable the said Southern may be
found to Answer the Allegations alledged against him
[..] Yor serving my Friend herein will be taken as done to
Serjeant Inn

Aprill the 30th. 1715 .

He will pay what is the charge
of respitting the Aesoy his Ance
