for the County of Midds.

The humble Peticon & appeal of Thomas Waters< no role > of
the parish of St. Sepulchres in the said
County.

Sheweth


That your Peticoner is rated two shillings P
month towards the releife of the poor of the
said parish for this present year.

That your Peticoner conceives himselfe aggreived
by the said assessment For that he is rated more
in proporcon then divers of the Inhabitants of the
said parish who ought to be rated in equallity with
your Peticoner

Wherefore he humbly Prays your Worspps
to be pleased to mittigate his said Rate in
Such manner as unto your Worspps shall
seem meet.
