of the Parish of St James Westminster
in the sd County Widow .

Sheweth

That your Petitr: was allowed ten Shillings P Month as a
Pention from the said Parish But for these three
Months the Churchwardens have stop't payment
thereof But forasmuch as yor Petitr being troubled
with Lamenesse In soe much that she is able to stir
and must Starve if not Relieved by this Court

Your Petitr: therefore humbly
prays she may be allowed her said
former Pention of Tenn Shillings
P Month & her Arreares paid
her

And Your Petitr shall ever pray Etc
