Pray take notice that I doe intend to appeare at
the Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to be
held by Adjornment at Hicks Hall in St. John
Street in and for the County of Middx on Fryday
next being the nine and twentieth day of this
instant Aprill at ten of the clock in the forenoon
and then and there to try my Traverse upon the
Indictmt. you prferred agt. me for a trespass and
misdemeanor in Receiveing goods stolne from
you (as is prtended) Dated this 27th day of Aprill
1715 .
