Assembled in their Generall Sessions

The Humble Peticon and appeale of the Chappell Warden and Overseer
of the poore of the Precincts of the Savoy in the Strand within the Said
County of Midlx

Sheweth

That by Warrant Under the hands and Sealer of Mich: Cratt< no role > and Ws: Corn< no role >
Esqr . two of his Maties Justices of the Peace for the Said County of Midlx (Quorum,
unus) bearing date the Eleventh day of this instant Month of Febr nar [..] Robert
Batrup
< no role > a poore Man aged about Fifty Nine Years and Mary< no role > his wife were passed
from the parish of St. Martin in the feelds in the Said County to the Said precinct of
the Savoy as the place of the last legall Settlement of the Said Robert Batrup< no role >

Your Peticoners thinck themselves aggrieved by the Judgment of the
Said two Justices doe humbly appeale to this County and pray that
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poore of the Said parish of St.
Martin in the fields and all other parties comerned herein
may be ordered to Attend this County Some day this Sessions to
heare and abide the Judgment and determinacon of this County
touching this appeale

And Your Petioners as in duty bound) Shall pray Etc.
