in ye Sd. Hamlet & that She is rated 18d: P Month towards
ye. reliefe of the poor of the sd. Hamlet wth. is double to
ye rest of her Neighbours in like Circumstances & yt. yor
Petr. is really unable to pay ye Sd. rate & thinks her selfe
much Aggrieved thereby.

And yor Petr. therefore Humbly prayes that yor. will be
pleased to order A Mittigacon of the Sd. rate or otherwise
for reliefe of yor Petr. in the Premises as to yor Worsps
Shall Seem meet.
