the parish of St. Sepulchres in the said
County.

Sheweth

That your Peticoner is rated two shillings P month
towards the releife of the poor of the said parish
for this present year.

That your Peticoner conceives herselfe aggreived
by the said assessment For that she is rated 6d P
month more then she paid the last year which is
more in proporcon then divers of the Inhabitants
of the said parish are now rated.

your Worsps wilbe pleased to mittigate
the said Rate in Such manner as unto yor:
