Upon hearing the appeale of the overseers of the poor & other
the Inhabitants of the parish of Twickenham in this County
against an Order under the hands & seales of Christopher
Clitherow
< no role > & James Hawley< no role > Esqrs. Justices of the peace for the
sd. County (Quorum unus) beareing date the fifteenth
day of May last whereby John Tribbick< no role > & Mary< no role > his wife &
their four children (vizt.) Martha< no role > aged about ten yeares
Mary< no role > aged about eight yeares Noah< no role > aged about three
yeares & Susannah< no role > aged twelve months who were
likely to become chargeable to the parish of Heston in this
County were removed from the said parish of Heston to
the said parish of Twickenham as the place of their last
legall settlemt. And upon heareing of what was insisted
on by Councell for the Inhabitants of the sd parish of Heston
& alsoe by Councell for the Inhabitants of the sd .parish of
Twickenham For that it doth not appeare to this Court that
the Sd. John Tribbick< no role > or the Sd. Mary< no role > his wife or their sd.
four children or any of them had any legall settlemt. in
the said parish of Twickenham at the time of makeing the
sd Order of removeall or at any time since This Court
doth allow of the sd appeale and doth vacate & discharge the
aforesaid Order of removeall, And doth order that the
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of Twickenham doe
remove & convey the sd John Tribbick< no role > & Mary< no role > his wife
