Humbly Desires The Opinion
of This Honourable Bench
That Some Days Since he had a Warrant brought him by an Informer
Against one Ven a Victualler of the Said Parish for Selling of Short Measure
And your Petitioner hath Since been to Make Distress in order to Satisfie the Said
Warrant and could not find any thing Thereon to Answer one half of the Charge
Without the Breaking of Doors which the Warrent Doth not Impower. the Said
Informer Doth Daily Threaten your Petitioner That if he Doth not Immedately
Pay ye Money That he will give him Trouble, your Petitioner Begs your Opinion and
That you would be Pleased to move that hardship from him.
