Sheweth

That upon the Fifth of December last your Petitrs: Convicted.
[..] Mary Harris< no role > before John Fuller< no role > Esqr : one of her Matys Justices
of the Peace for this County for Selling a Half Penny Wheaten Roll:
Wanting One Ounce and Eight Drams of the Assize then Sett forth
pursuant to the direccons of a late Act of Parliament in yt Case made.

That the said Mary Harris< no role > hath this Sessions brought an Appeal
In this Court against the said Conviction And that Last Night
at Nine of the Clock Notice was Left at your Petitrs: houses:
to Try the said Appeal this Morning at Tenn of the Clock
Which Notice being soe very Short, and yr Wittnesse out of the way your Petitrs. are not
able to try the said Appeal this Morning

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
Pray Your Worshipps will be
Pleased to Respite the said
Appeal untill Tuesday Morning
