The humble Petition of John Andrewes< no role > of the Parish
Leonard Shore ditch .

hambly sheweth

That the poor Petitir. being an ancient Parishconr. and above
threescore and Seaven Years old, and nowise able to get to himselfe any mainte
nance, is reduced to great poverty, So that unlesse charitably relieved by the
Church wardens of the Parish aforest. he must inevitably parish, being turned
out of his habitation by his Land Ld. for nonpayment of rent.

Therefore in all humillity imploreth yor. Worps.
will please to order him such reliefe & comfort
as to Yor. misdomes shall be thought fit.
