The humble peticon of Thomas Davison< no role >

Sheweth

That yor. Petr. did serve the office of Constable for
the liberty of Cherhouse Lane in the parish of St. [..]
Sepulchres in the said County for the year last past
and that the Inhabitants of the said liberty did elect
John Cadwell< no role > to Serve the Said office for the year
ensueing and that yor. Worspps were Pleased to discharg [..]
the said John Cadwell from serving the Said office
where upon your peticoner hath applyed himselfe to
the Inhabitants of the Said liberty to proceed to a
new choice the Said Inhabitants refuse see to doe
alledging that they doe insist upon their said eleccon
of the said John Cadwell which electon was legall and
that the said John Cadwell quallifyed to serve the said
office.

yor. Peticoner therefore humbly Prays yours
Worspps wilbe pleased to grant that he may be
discharged from the said office and that one of the
persons here under named may be elected to serve
the said office.
