To the Constables Churchwardn. & Overseers of the poore of the
Parish of St Sepnlcher in the County of Middx And to the
Churchwardns. and Overseers of the poore of the parish of St.
Michael Bassishaw London.

Whereas Itt appeareth unto Us Two of her Maties: Justies of the peace
for the County of Middx (Quon Unus) upon the Complt of the Churchwardn.
and Overseers of the poore of the said Parish of St. Sepulcher in the said
County that Elizabeth Goldsmith< no role > is lately come and intruded into the
said Parish with her two Children Anne aged< no role > about Eight Yeares & Stephen aged< no role > about Two Yeares Endeavouring to gaine a Settlement there Contrary to [..]

< no role > is soe poore that She is not able to maintance herselfe and her sd. [..]
Soe thatshothey will unavoidably become a great Charge to the said Parish
(if not speedily prevented) And Whereas Itt alsoe appeareth unto Us
upon the Informacon of [..] Charles Mallcott< no role > That Edward
Goldsmith
< no role > Husband of the said Elizabeth Goldsmith< no role > (who is lately)
absconded from her) was bound as an Apprentice by Indenture to One
Henry Parsons< no role > of the said Parish of St. Michael Bassishaw London
Currier and served him as such dureing the whole Terme of Seaven
Years. in the said Parish And now upon a carefull and diligent Examcon Wee cannot
find any legall Settlement that the said Elizabeth Goldsmith & her said Children [..]
have gaind. since Wee doe therefore Adjudge the said Parish of St Miche [..]
Bassishaw London to be the place of the Last legall settlement of
the said Elizabeth Goldsmith< no role > & her said Children and that [..] they ought to be sent thi [..]

These are therefore in her Maties. Name strictly to Charge
and Comand You & eny of You upon sight here of to passe and
Convey the said Elizabeth Goldsmith< no role > and the said Anne and< no role > Stephen her< no role > Children from and out of the said
Parish of St. Sepulcher to the said Parish of St. [..] Michael
Bassishaw London and to deliver them to the Churchwardns. and
Overseers of the poore there or some or one of them (togeather with
this precept) who are hereby required to receive and provide for
them (as their necessitys shall require) untill they shall be freed
from the Charge thereof by due Course of Law Given under
own hands and Seales this Thirteenth day of August Anno
Dom. 1713 .
