The humble Peticon & Appeale of the Church Wardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Michael Bassishaw
London,

That by virtue of an Order of Pass Warrt. bearing date the
thirteenth day of August last past andr. the hands & seals of [..] two
of her Maties Justices of the Peace for this County (Quor unus)
one Elizabeth Goldsmith< no role > with her two Children (vizt.) Anne aged< no role >
about 8 years & Stephen aged< no role > about 2 years were removed and
Conveyed from the Parish of St. Sepulhrs. in the sd County
to yor. Peticonrs sd Parish of St. Michael Bassishaw London
wch. was adjudged by these Justices to be the place of their
last legal Settlemt. in regard that Edward Goldsmith< no role > husband
of the sd Elizabeth (who was lately absconded from her) was
bound an Apprentice there to one Henry Parsons< no role > a Currier &
Seved him as such for the whole terme of Seven Years.

That yor. Peticonrs conceive themselves aggrieved by the sd.
Warrt. or Ordr. & Judgmt. of the sd. Justices & humbly Appeale
agat. the same to this Honble Court.

Yor. Peticonrs therefore humbly Pray yor. Wopps
wife be pleased to Ordr. the Church wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the sd Parish of St. Sepulchrs.
& all other [..] concerned to attend this Court
some day this [..] sent Sessions, to hear & abide the
Judgmt. [..] acon of this Court upon and
touching the Appale, and that yor. Petrs. [..]
have such [..] as to yor. Wopps shall seem
meet Etc
