Benjamin Williams< no role > hath pleaded not guilty to an Indictimt agt him for assaulting &
falsly imprisoning one Dulcibella Whitinbrooke< no role > , afterwards the P secutor of
the Said Indictment obtained her Maties Writt of Cerciorari which was
allowed by this Court and the Said Benja: Williams< no role > is ordered to find
Sufficient Sureties for his appearance in the Court of Queens Bench at
Westmr the first day of next Trinity Terme to answer the Said Indictmt
to remaine till he find such Sureties, then to be delivered his Fees
are Paid

and misdeomeanor & is remanded to her Maties Goale of Newgate for
want of Sufficient Sureties for his appearance att the next genall
Quarter Sessions of the peace to be held for this County to Psecute his
Traverse with Effort upon the Said Indictment to remaine till he find
such Sureties before Felix Feast< no role > & John Fuller< no role > Esqr two of her Maties
Justices of the Peace for this County or either of them (to whome itt
is refered by this Court to approve of Etc take such Sureties) then to be
