Whereas Informacon hath been given unto this Court that
severall persons have complained to her Maties. Justices of
[..] delivery of Newgate held for this County of Middx
at Justice hall in the Old Baily London that divers of the persons
who have been there convicted of theft or Larceny
comitted within the sd. County of Middx & have been by
Order of the Judges or Justices (before whom they were
tryed & convicted) comitted to the house of Correccon at
Clerkenwell in the Sd County there to be set at worke &
Kept at hard Labourdureing the respective times for
which they were see comittedpursuant to the statute in
such case made & provided, have [..] escaped out of the
Sd House of Correccon, and that others of the Sd Convicts
have not been kept at hard Labour, where by they have
avoided the punishmt. intended to be inflicted on them
by the Sd. Statute, and divers mischeifes & inconveniencys
have ensued [..] thereupon, For prvencon
thereof It is thought fit & Ordered by this Court that
the Keeper of the Sd. house Correccon doe [..] deliver
in to this Court on Saturday next& alsoe at every quarterat nine at eightof the clock in the forenoon
& generall Sessions stor of the peace to be he re after held for this& alsoe on the first day of every Qur
Countystet a true of List of all the persons convicted & comitted
to his custody [..] in pursuance of the Sd Statute (the
timeswhof whose comittmt [..] shall not be then expired) and
together wth. the times of the or comittmt. & for how long time
comitted
