the Peace for the County of Middlesex

The Humble Peticon and Appeal of the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the parish of St. Giles in the
Fields in the Said County

Sheweth


That on the twenty third day of October last Elizabeth Orrill< no role > a child aged about five
Months was passed from the parish of St. Giles wthout Cripplegate in the said County
to the Said parish of St Giles in the Fields by Warrant under the hands & Seals of
Nathaniel Manlove< no role > & Joseph Short< no role > Esqrs. two of Her Maties: Justices of the Peace
for the said County (Quor unus) as the place of the legall Settlement of the said
Elizabeth Orrill

Your Peticonrs: thinke themselves aggrieved wth the Judgement
of the said two Justices do appeal to this Worpll: Bench & humbly
pray the prmises considered that the Churchwardens & Overseers of
the Poor of the Said parish of St. Giles wthout Cripplegate & all
other parties concerned herein may be Ordered to attend this
Court Some day this Sessions to hear & abide the Determinacon
of this Court touching this Appeal
