it is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the parish of St. Ann Westmr . in this County have
notice of this [..] peticon, and that they doe attend
this Court on Friday next at ten of the clock in the forenoon
shew cause why they should not pay unto the petr the arreares of
the pencon within menconed for the releife of the within named
Anthony Porter< no role > his son, and why the sd Anthony Porter< no role > the son should
not be releived for the future be at the charge of the inhabitants
of the sd parish untill such time as they can free themselves from
the charge thereof by due cause of law
