It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby
recomended & referred Unto Roger Smith< no role > and John
Steuart< no role > Esqrs. Justices of the Peace for this County or one
of them to Sumon before them the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St. Mary Whitechappel
in this County, and to examin into the truth of the Petrs.
Complaint, and to Order the Petrs. Such further releife in
the Premisses within menconed as to the sd Justices of
the Peace or either of them Shall Seem meet on hearing
of the Parties,
