Upon reading of the Peticon & appeale within menconed & on
hearing of what was insisted on by Mr. Darnall of Councell
for the Petr. & alsoe [..] by Mr. Hancock of Councell for the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St. James
Clerkenwell in this County, It is by consent of the sd respective
Councell on both Sides Ordered by this Court that the Petr & alsoe
the sd Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor doe attend Richd.

peace for this County or any two of them at Such times & Places
as they Shall appoint who are hereby desired to examin into
the truth of the Petrs. complaint, and to give the Petr. such

of the Peace or any two of them Shall Seem meet on hearing of
the Parties or else to report their opinions touching the premisses
