County of Middx

The humble Peticon of Flower Brooke< no role >
Widdow.

Sheweth

That your Peticonr is a very poor Widdow with
Foure small Children the Eldest being but Nine
yeares old,) who was some time since past out
of yorkshire with her sayd 4 Children to the
parish of St. Andrew Holborne in the Liberty above
the Barrs in the County of Middx and the late
Overseers there allowed your peticonr. 5d. a Week for
some time: but is now reduced to 4d. which
your peticonr is not able to subsist on her said
Children being all small and your Peticonr. out of
Work in a strange place without any Relacons or
friends to Assist her or Contribute to her Releife

Yor. Peticonr there fore most humbly prayes your
Worshipps would be grationsly pleased to take
her poor and distressed Condicon into your tender
and Compassion at Consideracon And grant an Ander
from this Worshipll. Court to the present Church-
-Warden and Overseers of the poore in the parish
and Liberty aforesaid for a further allowance
from them; for the better releife of your poor
Peticonr. and her sayd foure Children who are [..]
a Miserable Distress for want there of as to the [..]
Worshipll. Court shall seem meet:
