That about the 10th: of September last Mary the

Children

That Richard Sparks &
Bowyer< no role > beins neerly related & Creditors as they pretend
took out letters of Adminstracon to the Intestate & not possession
of all the effects & estate to a considerable value yet about three
month past the Said Sparks & Bowyer brought two of the
Children & left them to the charis of the parish where they Still to
continue

Yr Peticonr therefore humbly
pray your worspl will be pleased
to order [..] That the Said Spark
& Bowyer may accompt with your
Peticonr & out of the effects of the
said Jutestate pay for the maintence
of the Said Children or Shall
make Such order herein as to your
worsp Shall Seem meet
