pretended Isaac Hames< no role > Marke thereunto and
wrote the words the Mark of the sayd prtended
person Isaac Hames but when he the said Smith
came to the Witnesses names which were to be put
to the said pretended Will there being no Witnes
-ses names then to it and went into another
Roome in which there was no other person but
himself and tooke a pen and Ink with him
whereas these Informants severally beleive
he wrote the said Witnesses names and
immediately came out again and delivered the
said pretended Will haveing then three
Witnesses Names thereunto to this Informant
Margarett WilliamsAnd these Informants
further say that the InformantsMargarett
further
[..] Margarett Williams having given the
said Smith a Note under her hand for paymt.
of the Sume of two Guineas in manner
aforesaid Hee the said Smith gave the sayd
Informant Margarett Williams by the name of
Mary Taylor< no role > a Note under his hand in the words
or to the effect following Novr. 6th. 1710 I doe hereby
promise not to trouble Mrs. Mary Taylor< no role > if She
doe not receive the money belonging to the
Windsor as Witness my hand I Smith

And these Informants Say the Paper writeing
now produced and shown to them Marked No. 1
is the paper writeings so made as afsd by the said
Smith as the last Will & Testament of the sd.
pretended Isaac Hames & that the Witnesses
names sett thereunto vizt William Barrett< no role > &
Thomas Turner< no role > the Informt. Margaret Williams< no role >
told him of and that they were on board the said
Ship Windsor with the said pretended person
Isaac Hames but the third Witness Vizt
John Long< no role > She gave no direccons about but
the same was wrote as it now is when
the said Smith returned out of the sayd
