London gent.taken upon Oath this 17th. day of November 1709

This Informt. deposeth That two holland Shirts Four Neckcloths and a
paire of black Silk Stockins the goods of Mr. Standish Brownlow< no role > and
this Informt. were lately Feloniously taken and Stolne out of the said
Mr. Brownlow's Chambers in the Middle Temple And that the Said Shirts
and Stockins and two of the said Neckcloths were Since found in the custody
of Elizabeth Stainer< no role > And this Informt. doth thereupon charge the said Elizabeth
Stainer< no role > wth. the said Felony

The Examinacon of Elizabeth Stainer< no role > of St. Andrews Holbourn
in the said City Mids taken this 17th. day of November 1709 .

This Examinant being charged. wth. the Felonious taking and Stealling the
said goods confesseth that she did Steall the said two Shirts Stockins and two
cravels soe fatins in her custody as aforesaid but denyeth that she did steale
the said other cravels
