The Informacon of Dorothy Halsey< no role > of the Parish of St. Giles
without Cripplegate in the County of Middx taken upon Oath
this 1st. day of Septembr: Ano Dui 1709.

This Informt: Dorothy Halsey< no role > deposeth That on the third of Aprill
last about Midnight one Mary Day< no role > die break opon Affarriers shopp
Scituate in Whites yard in White Cross street in the Parish of St. Giles
without Cripplegate aforesd. and feloniously took and stole thereout
Four Iron Barrs Five Iron Stamps one Copper Samepan,a hatfull of
Horsnaites a Hammer a Trowell and a Bottle of blow water, and deposed
of the Iron to one John Taylor< no role > a Smith in Goswell street .

And this Informt. alsoe deposeth that about Eight weeks since the sd
Mary Day< no role > and Mary Whitehead< no role > did in the night time break open a
Casement of the dwelling house of Samuel Andrews< no role > scituate in old street
in the said Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate Butcher and went into
the sd. house and stole thereout a Bell mettale porridge pott an Iron
porridge pott Two Brass Kettles Four Plates and a Pewter Dish & other goods,
and stole out of the yard belonging to the same house Two porrengers a
Chamberpott an Earthen pudding pann & ablew Apron, And that the said
Mary Whitehead< no role > & this Informt. sold the Bell mettall porridge pott for
Five Shillings to a Brazier against the Anchor in Houndsditch .

And this Informt alsoe deposeth That about Three of Clock in the
morning on sunday last was seaven weeks since the sd. Mary Day< no role > did
break open the Brewhouse doore of Mr. Robert Stedman< no role > scituate in
Whites yard in White Cross street in the said Parish of St. Giles without
Cripplegate in the County of Middx and stole out of the said Brewhouse
Four Iron Pray pinns with Chaines thereto and a light mettle pott with a
Cover to the same, and alsoe Stole a Shirt Chequed with blew & whose) out
of the sd. Brewhouse or some other plase neare there unto, which said
goods were afterwards disposed of by the above sd Mary Whitehead< no role > as she the sd.
Whitehead sold this Informt. but did not tell to whome or for howmuch.

And this Informt. likewise deposeth That about Ten Weeks since in the night time the said
Mary Day< no role > and Mary Whitehead< no role > did break open a widow belonging to
the widdow Freemans house in Colemane alley neare Bunhillfeilds, and
Stole thereout a little looking Glass a Bone Lace pillow with about Five
yards of Lace thereon and about Four Duzzen of Bobbins and Darthen
Porrenger full of Butte, and stole out of the yard belonging to the sd. house
Four Brass Kettles a paile a woodden bottem Chaire and a Court pillow bare
wch. said Lace was sold by the said Mary Day< no role > to one Mrs. Richards at the
Blewball in Golden Lane for about Two shillings st in money & st in drink
& the residue of the sd. Goods (Except the Paile & Chaire) were Carryed over to
the Mint in Southwarke by the said Mary Day< no role > Mary Whitehead< no role > & this
Informt. and disposed of there by the said Mary Day< no role > , but to whom this Depon
doth not know. but brought ten Shillings for the same.
