Who sayth that he being a Servant to Richard

four days last past att one of the Clock in the

with his Said Master then comeing from worke
this Deponant then Saw the Said Richard Smith< no role >
feloniously cutt from the Shipp Lamb in the
River Thames a buoy Rope which said Rope
and Buoy he putt in his lighter and looke
away from the Said Shipp and Sold the said
Rope for brandy
