upon Oath before Mr Roger Smith< no role > Esqr one
of her Maties; Justices of the Peace of the
County of Middx the 26th. day of August [..]

Who Saith that he hath been in Company where
three Sevrall Burglawrys have been Committed
besides four Single fellonys, wth are as followeth (vizt.)
the first Burglawry was Committees ponn hous [..]
by the Signe of the Cork & Botle in the pish of Lambe [..]
in the County of Surry where he together wth John Addison< no role >
& Isaac Howell< no role > die about Six weekes Since between [..]
the hours of twelve & one in the Night break & Ent [..]
the said house & did Steal thereout three pewter
Dishesthreefour pewter plates & Sewall bottles of St
Beer & Never Sold the pewter but Suncks them in
Water & they were found by the owner thereof
this Informant further Saith that about a [..]
[..] the saith of Batters [..] in the County of [..]
pewter pla [..] the two Silver Pack [..] the plates [..]
[..] id in a Dunghill Near the house where he [..]
they now remaine & that the said John Addison< no role >
this Informant he sold the two Salls for 18 [..]
but to whom he knows not and that he had Hu [..]
Shillings for his Share. And this Informant further
Saith that on Satturday the 13th. of August instant
he this Informant together with Thomas Rawson< no role > This name instance is in set 4688.
& Samuel Latty< no role > were die abt. Eleaven of [..]
in the Night breake open the house of Alice Warne< no role > [..]
Widdow in Spittlefeild Markett & die Steal thereout
a Large quanty of Wearing Apparell & other this [..]
of Value & that one Mary Ann Haseman< no role > sold [..]
the said goods in the prsence of this Informant was
Sold for three pounds & tenn Shillings to Martha Bl [..]
by St. Georges Church in Southwarke . And this Informt. [..]
Saith he had Twenty Shillings for his Shall & noe [..]
And this Informant Saith that about three are she
