Sheweth

That yor. Petr. was lately elected to Serve the office of
Constable for the parish of Endfeild in the County
aforesaid, And yor. Petr. having lived in the said parish
for the space of two years past & there being divers more
ancient Inhabitants there who ought to serve the said office
before yor. Petr. and his presence being dayly regnized
in the City of London for the managemt of his trade there

Yor. Petr. therefore humble prays yor. Worsps
to be pleased to order that he may be discharged
from serving the said office of Constable and that some
other fit person may be elected to serve the same.
