the County of Midds

The Humble Peticon of the Churchwardens
and Ovseers of the Poore of the Parish of
St Giles Cripplegate in the said County

Sheweth

That About Five years agoe One John Davison< no role > Lived in the said
Parish of Cripplegate and Gained A Legall Settlement there
Since which time he hath withdrawn himselfe and Left in the said
Parish Lydia< no role > his Wife And John< no role > and Elizabeth< no role > his Two Children
which new are and Unavoidably will be A Great Charge to the said
Parish If not Someway prevented And for as much as the said John
Davison
< no role > stands by A Recognizance bound for his Appreanced in this
Hononrable Court this prsent Sessions to Answer the said Complaint.

Your Petrs. therefore Most humbly
pray Your Worshipps to be pleased to
Grant that the sd. John Davison< no role > may be
ordered to Provide for his Wife and
Two Children Or Otherwise as unto
your Worshipps shall Seeme Meete
