Justices of the Peace for the Said County
of Middx. this 24th. day of December
Anno Dui 1705 .

This Informt. upon her Oath deposeth and Saith
That one Wednesday last George Worrell< no role > of Gunstan
Street in the Parish of White Chapple , [..]
(with whome this Informt. lived as a Servt.) ordered
this Informt. to goe into the Chamber where he
lay and to fetch him a paire of black buttons
and accordingly this Informt. went up, and whilst
this Informt. was there the said George Worrell< no role >
came into the Roome and Shutt the doore &
asked this Informt. to Sitt upon the bed, by him which
she refused to doe but desired him to lett her
goe downe Staires, which he refused, and by force
pulled her upon the bed to him, and there by force
did Ravish and had Carnall Knowledge of her
body twice against her Consent, and further this
Informt. Deposeth that noe Pson whatsoever
besides the said George Worrell< no role > and this Informt.
was then in the house, he haveing Sent his a
Sister abroad as this Informt. believes on purpose
to have an opportunity to comitt the said last
