To all Constables Headboroughs and all
other her Maties Officers of the Peace
within the Citties and Counties aforesaid
whome this may concerne.

Whereas Complaint hath been made unto me upon
the Oath of Peter Stone< no role > living in the house of Thomas
Harver
< no role > Distiller she scituate on St. Mary Athill London ,
That this morning there was feloniously taken out of
the said house Two Trunks in which was Sevrall broud
peices of Goods a Silk Gowne and Petticoate, some muslin
& other goods of Value, and that there was then alsoe feloniously
taken a Silver Porrenger out of the said houses and that
he hath in Suspicon Some evil disposed Psons to have
Comitted the said Felony, and alsoe Suspects the sd. goods to
be his & concealed in Some houses or places belonging to
Such evil - disposed person within the Citties or Counties
aforesd.

These are therefore in her Maties Name Strictly to charge
and command you, or some or one of you upon sight hereof
To male diligent search in all such houses & places within
the limits aforesd. in which you shall justly suspect the
said goods are his & concealed, and if upon Such search you
Shall find the said goods or any part thereof, you are the
Same to Seize, and to bring the psons in whose hands the
Same are found, and [..] Suspicions psons before me or
Some other of her Maties Justices of the Peace within the
limits aforesd. neare where they Shall be taken, To the [..]
they may be exaied Searching the prishes, and further dealt
withall according to Lawe, hereof faile not at ye, perilles:
