Said recited order which relates to the settlement of the sd
Katherine Rowland< no role > as aforesaid, But itt was
insisted on by the Councell for the said Pish of St
Saviours Southwarke that itt did not appear to the sd
two Justices who signed & sealed the said recited order that
(att the time of the examinacon & removall of the sd
Katherine Rowland< no role > as aforesd) she was then likely to
become chargeable to the said Pish of St Leonard
Shoreditch Whereupon by consent of all parties itt
is ordered by this Court that the said Matter as to
to the said last menconed point only be deferred &
adjorned to the second day of the next quarter Sessions
of the peace to be held for this County being Tuesday
the fifth day of July next att two of the clock in the
afternoon, And all parties concerned are hereby
required upon notice hereof to attend accordingly to hear
& abide the judgmt & determinacon of the Justices of
the peace for this County which will be then prsent
upon & touching the said matter And in the meane time
the said Katherine Rowland< no role > is to remaine in the sd
Pish of St Saviours Southwarke & to be kept and
Maintained there att the charge of the Inhabitants
of the sd Pish of St Saviours Southwarke
