The Humble Peticon & Appeale of the ChappleWarden
Wardens and Overseere of the poor of the Precinct of the
Savoy in the County of Middx

Humbly sheweth

That by virtue of an Ordr dated the 20th. day of May last past, under the hands
and Seales of Gideon Harvey< no role > Esqr and Richard Rider< no role > Esqr two of his Maties Justices
of the peace of this County (Quor unus) Eleanor Witherly< no role > was removed from the
parish of St Martins in the Fields in this County to the Precinct of the Savoy aforesd
alleadging that the Same was the place of the last legall Settlement of the said Elianor
Witherly< no role >

That yor. Petrs. hope to prove to yor. Worshipps that the said Elianor Witherly< no role >
never had any legall Settlement in the Precinct of the Savoy aforesaid, wherefore yor
Petrs. conceive themselves Aggreived by the Judgement of the said two Justices doe
humbly appeale to yor Worshipps therefrom, And

Yor Petr (the premisses considered) humbly pray yor. Worshipps will
be pleased to appoint a day this present Session that the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of the parish of St Martins aforesd may
attend yor Worshipps, and heare and abids the Judgemt of the Court
herein.
