Upon the appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of
St Ann within the Liberty of Westmr in this County against an order the hands
and Seals of Richard Woodward< no role > and Timothy Lannoy< no role > Esqrs two of his Maties
Justices of the peace for this County (Quorume) whereby one John Hull< no role > with
his wife and children were lately removed from the Parish of Chiswick in this
County to the said Parish of St Ann within the libty of Westmr as the place of the
last Settlement of the said John Hull< no role > and upon reading of the said recited order itt
appeared to the Court that the same is insufficient in forme and defective in
matter This Court doth therefore Quash and Vacate the said recited order and
the Same is hereby Quashed and vacated accordingly And this Court doth
order that the said John Hull< no role > the said wife and children be forthwith removed
and conveyed back from the said parish of St Ann within the Libty of Westmr [..]
Said parish of [..] wick and be delivered to the Churchwardens & Overseer
of the poor there or one of them (with a coppy of this order) who are hereby
required to receive the said John Hull< no role > his said wife and children into their
care and pvide for them as for other poor att the charge of the Inhitants [..]
said parish untill they comfree themselves of the charge thereof by due
Course of Law.
