Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us whose
names are hereunto Subscribed two of his Maties
Justices of the Peace for the sd County of Middlesex ss
(Quorum unus) by the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St James Clerkenwell in
the sd County, that Richard Burroughs< no role > (together with
Dina< no role > his wife , Dina< no role > his Daughter aged about four
Years, and Margaret< no role > his Daughter aged about Six
weeks) hath Lately Intruded into the sd Parish, and
endevered to Settle them Selves there without giving
due notice to the Officers of the sd Parish as by Law
Required, and being now in a Poor Condition is like
to become Chargeable to the sd Parish of st James
Clerkenwell if not lunely Prevented. and for as
much as it appeareth unto us the Justices upon
the lack of the for sd Richard Burroughs< no role > that [..]
Was [..] Legally Settled in the [..] Parish
of St Michael Queenhith which [..]
Apprentice to one Nicolas Weeks< no role > a Dry Cooper
And upon Slrict examination wee can find [..]
other Settlement Sence.

There are therefore in his Maties name to require
you, and every, or any of you forthwith upon sight
here of to pass, Remove, and Convey the sd Dina
Burroughs
< no role > together with Dina< no role > , and Margaret< no role >
her Children (the for sd Richard Burroughs< no role > having
left his wife and Children) out of the sd Parish of
St James Clerkenwell the next and direct way
to the Parish of St Michael Queen hith aforsd
where they appear to be last Legally Settled, and
them Deliver to the Church Wardens, and Over-
Seers of the Poor there, or to Some, or one of them
together with this Precept. who are hereby
required them to provide for, as they do for
other Poor untill they shall be otherwere Freed
from them by due Course of Law. Given under
over hands and Seals the 18th day of March
