That
William Blackway< no role >
over Seer for the Poor of the said
Hamblett for the year 1699 hath in his hands the Sume of
Forty Six pounds Fifteen shillings ane Nine Pence, over &
above what he hath Disburst and paid for the Pse of the poor
of the said Hamlett as appears upon the Ballance of the Accots
being allow'd under the hands and seales of two of his Maties
Justices of the Peace for this County (Quorum Vnus) And that
he refuseth to pay the said Sum to your Peticoner, altho the
Same hath beene Seval times Demanded.
