John Cole< no role > of the Parish of St. Mary White Chappell in
the County of Middlx Carpenter aged about Forty
Five years and Thomas Austin< no role > of the Hamlet of
Spittlefields in the sd County Bricklayer aged about
Forty Three years Severally make Oath That about
Two years Since they were Employed in Building a
Sugar house in Goodmansfields in the sd. Parish of St.
Mary White Chappell belonging to John Buckland< no role > and
John Noncon< no role > wch. was burnt down & consumed by Fire
on the Ninth day of February last past , And that these
Deponts. have been severall times in the sd. Sugar house
after it was finished and some shall time before it was
burnt down, And doe verily beleive upon their Oaths
that the Said Sugar house canot be rebuilt & Fitted up
as it was before the Sd. Fire heppened for less then Four
hundred Forty Pounds or thereabouts
