The humble Peticon and Appeale of Thomas Greaves< no role >
Churchwarden of the Hamlet of Lymehouse in the Pish [..]
Stepney in the Said County.

Sheweth:

That one Elizabeth Hurst< no role > the wife of John Hurst< no role > is late
from the Pish of St. Giles without Cripplegate in this County to the
Aforesaid Hamlet of Lymehouse under prtence that about Seven
a Goe her Said Husband was there Settled and paid to the Poor.

Now Soe it is may it please Yor. W [..] that yor.
Petr. hath made Strict Inquiry in to the prmises.
that the Said John Hurst< no role > never paid to the Church
of the Said Hamlet and onely Dwelt there for abo [..]
the And therefore yor. Petr. thinks himselfe [..]
in the Said Removall.

Your Petr therefore most humbly [..]
this Honoble. Court to order the Church [..]
and Overseers of St. Giles aforesaid to attend
here at a Day Certaine that the whole [..]
may be further heard And yor. petr. releive
as to Justices Appertaineth.
