Itt is ordered by this Court that itt be and itt is hereby
recomended and referred to Coll pery, Mr Bucknall Mr
Withers Mr Cardrow Mr Nelthorpe & Mr Smyth or
three of them att least & as many more [..] of the
Justices of the peace of this County as Shall please
be prsent to view & inspect the repairs done att New pr
in this County by Capt Abell Weeks Keep thereof, and to
examine & Lee if the workmens bills be inst & reason
& whether any more hath been done in and [..]
paid repaires then what was needfull necessary and
convenient, and what the said Capt Weeks hath laid
out & paid for and about the said repairs, and to repair
a state of the said referrence in writeing under their
hands to his Maties Justices of the peace for this C
att the next geneall Quarter Sessions of the peace
held for this County
