Itt is ordered by this Court that itt be & this hereby referred to
Mr. Ossley Mr. Herbert Celspery< no role > Mr. Withers Mr. Pitfeild Mr.
Nelthrope & Mr. Worley Justices of the peace for this County [..]
two of them to take the accompt of Sr. James Smyth< no role > Kt. as [..]
Trerear of the maimed Soldiers & marinrs within the Hundreds
of Osselston Edmonton & Gore in this County for this yeare One
Thousand Six hundred ninety. & five; & that for soe many Guineas
as the said Sr. James Smyth< no role > reced of Mr. Herbert att five and
twenty shillings a peice he be allowed for the same in his
accompt att the same rate, And alsoe for twenty two Guineas
& a halfe which he reced in open sessions of Senall of the [..]
High Constables of the said Hundreds att the rate of thirty
shillings each guinea; the said Sr. James Smyth< no role > is to be
allowed to discount the said twenty two guinea & a halfe att
the same rate which he reced them; And that the said
Sr. James Smyth< no role > doe pay all such monys as shall remaine
in his hands upon the ballance ofthehis said accompt
unto Alexander Pitfeild< no role > Esqr. Trearer of the maimed soldier
& marinrs. within the said [..] Hundreds for this yeare One thousand
six hundred ninety & seaven; whose at quittance with this
order shall be a sufficient discharge to the said Sr. James
Smyth
