WHereas Complaint hath been made unto Us, whose Hands
and Seals are hereunto set, Two of his Majesties Justices
of the Peace of the County of Middx (Quorum unus) by the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St John at Hackney in the said County,
that Elizabeth Fullford< no role > the wife of Urian
Fullford< no role > is

lately come into the said Parish endeavouring
to settle herselfe there, without giving Notice in Wri-
ting to the said Church-Wardens, or Overseers of the Poor, or any
one of them, of the House of her abode in the
said Parish according to the Satute in that Case made and
provided; And that the said Elizabeth Fullford
is

likely to become chargeable to the said Parish And whereas
it appeareth unto Us the said Justices upon the Oath of Joshua
Powell< no role > & William Stedman< no role >
that her sd. Husband was last legally settled in the Parish of
St. James Clerkenwell as an hired Servant by ye year wth one Charles
Warren< no role > lately deceased at y Signe of the Dog & Duck.
These are therefore in his Majesties Name straitly to Charge and
Command you and every of you, forthwith upon sight hereof to
remove and convey the said Elizabeth Fullford and
her two Children from the said Parish of Hackney
in the said County, and so from Constable to Constable, the next and
directest way to the said Parish of St James Clerkenwell

and deliver them unto the Church-Wardens, and Overseers of
the Poor there, who are hereby required to provide for them
according to Law: Hereof sail not at your Perils. Given w [..] er our
