That by an Order heretofore made in this Court the Towne of
Kensington is to be pavee wth gravell or Stone

May it please yor worps the last Summer proved
soe well & the towne being very dirty it was
Imposible to pforme ye sd Order wthout an
Extraordinary Charge

Your petionr therefore pray (the prmises Considered
that you would be pleased to respect the Said
