The humble Perccon of Thomas Moreing< no role > of the
Parish of St Giles without Cripplegate in the County
of Middlx Brewer .

Sheweth

That your Peticoner with others hath made on of a certaine pond of water
called Dame Agnes to Heers, in the Parish of St Leonard
Shoreditch in the said County for about Twenty yeares last past
And that of late the Churchwardens wth order the anneal Inhabitants
of the said parish have onested your peticoner 4d per peace
to the poor of the said parish, for by one of the said water,
which was never done before, the said water being fave for any
person that will one the same [..] and no person rated or anesd & for
the Same your peticoner therefore humbly dewes your Worpps.
to discharge him from paying the said Rate,
