This Informt. Saith that he being in Company wth. Francis
neeve< no role > and three dutch Souldiers and heard them
quarrell for a glasse bottle that one of the Souldiers
the Same dete yeed from the Said neeve And the Said [..] din [..]
out of the Saidthe Said&Souldiers drew his Sword And this
Informt. & other neighbours Seeing the Souldier draw
came to assist the Said Neeve whereupon the other two
Souldiers drew their Swords & made Severall passes all
them and in the affray one of the three Souldiers
killed the Said Neeve but wth. of them this Informt.
Knowes not being darke in the S'keete neare the
Sirene of the Tumble downe Diske, And further Saith
that the two of the Souldiers now in Custody were
the persons that drew & were in the affray

This Informt. Saith to the Same effect with the other
Informt. And further Saith that one of the persons in
Custody called Harmon rupell did first draw his
Sword in the Said affray but Knoweth not who was
the person that killed the Said Neeve
